Popular ITV competition show The Fortune Hotel will return for a second series, and the producers are looking for Wiltshire people to take part.
The reality competition show which came out on ITV in May 2024 saw ten pairs of contestants go head-to-head in a game of strategy and deception in order to uncover which case had the coveted £250,000 cash prize.
In each episode, contestants had the chance to try to uncover who had which case through playing challenges and tactical games.
The show gripped 3.1 million viewers and has amassed 5.8 million streams on ITVX.
ITV has now confirmed that following the success of the first season, The Fortune Hotel will be back, hosted again by Stephen Mangan, and the company is on the lookout for ordinary people from around the UK to join this year's cast.
Once selected, the 2025 cast will return to the luxury Caribbean home that was used for filming in the first season.
"The Fortune Hotel proved to be genuine talked-about television, captivating the audience from start to finish with its ingenious format and numerous twists and turns," said Paul Mortimer, director of reality and acquisitions at ITV.
"We're thrilled to be bringing this wonderful show back for a second season."
Executive producer, Steph Harris added: “We're thrilled to be opening the doors of the Fortune Hotel again and can't wait to see who will be checking in to play a gripping game of subterfuge.
"We're already planning lots of deliciously devious surprises to ensure our guests never get too comfortable during their stay.”
Contestants from the first season came from around the UK, including Gloucestershire, Cardiff, Sheffield, Bognor Regis and more.
Wiltshire residents who think they could be in with a chance of winning the grand prize on this year's 2025 show should register their interest online at shortaudition.com/thefortunehotel.
Potential cast members will then be considered by Paul, Steph and other members of the producing company Tuesday's Child.
The casting directors have emphasised that they are looking for everyday people across the UK, so you don't have to fit any specific criteria to enter.
