Planned retail, takeaway, and drive-thru units at a Wiltshire business park are on the market.
The development will sit next to the Hawke Ridge Business Park, opposite the West Wilts Trading Estate north of Westbury.
In 2014, this 35-acre business park secured planning consent to provide up to 500,000sq feet of employment space.
Three years later, approval was granted for a roadside scheme providing retail and food and drink facilities for the eventual occupants of the business park, which is being delivered in phases.
This is located at the entrance to the park next to the junction of Hawkeridge Road and Mill Lane and will include a drive-thru unit, a convenience store, and three retail units.
The buildings, which are yet to be completed, are available for sale or to let on terms to be agreed, says agent Alder King Property Consultants.
There will also be 50 car parking spaces, with the developers hoping to meet “unsatisfied” demand.
In the listing, a spokesperson said: “The site offers an opportunity to gain representation within an established major employment area.
“The town of Westbury and its business parks have limited facilities for food, drink and convenience shopping.
“This scheme is located on one of the busiest routes into the town and is ideally placed to cater for this unsatisfied demand.”
