New boys Bromham Reserves found themselves at home to Bratton and promptly kicked off their new season with a 4-1 victory.
Two first half strikes from Freddie Paget and Matthew West saw the host take the initiative and they never looked back.
The second period saw Sam Powell extend the lead further before a Tom Paget own goal pulled one back for Bratton. It became 4-1 in the last five minutes through an Anthony Butler strike.
Heytesbury 4, Frome Town Sports A 0
IN their first game under new management Heytesbury lined up with a new youthful team.
The opposition were also young so it looked like it would be a interesting test for both sides.
Heytesbury made the better start and kept hold of the ball much better that Frome, but it took a mistake from a Frome defender that Paul Dredge pounced on for the home side took the lead.
Frome were restricted to a couple of breaks but kept the score at 1-0 until Paul Dredge got his second which was closely followed by the best goal of the game - a solo effort and Dredge's third as he turned two players and chipped the goalkeeper.
The second half was a closer affair with Frome having more of the play but Heytesbury completed their victory with a fourth scored by Ore Francis.
