A cordon remains in place the day after a suspected explosive was found in a Trowbridge house.
People are being urged to avoid a property in Hoopers Pool as further examination of the possible “munition” is underway to check if it is viable.
There have been no further arrests after a man in his 60s was arrested at the property on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.
There have been no charges at the time of writing.
Officers originally attended the property to execute a warrant but, following the discovery of the suspected explosive, specialists from the Ministry of Defence were called.
A Wiltshire Police spokesperson previously said: “Specialists from the MOD are attending as a precaution to ensure public safety.
“Members of the public are asked to avoid the area while the scene is in place.”
