A woman has been assaulted in a car park next to a Wetherspoons in Chippenham.
The incident happened at around 1.15pm on Saturday, May 25, in the car park next to Bridge House Wetherspoons.
The woman, in her 20s who sustained an injury to her cheek during the incident, is believed to have been assaulted by a group of young males, but Wiltshire Police are still investigating the incident.
Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has information about it is now being urged to contact police.
"We are appealing for witnesses after a woman was assaulted in Chippenham," said a spokesperson for Wiltshire Police.
"If anyone witnessed the incident or has any information, please call 101, and quote crime reference number 54240060809.
"Alternatively, call CrimeStoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
