A motorcyclist is currently in hospital after being seriously injured on a main road near Trowbridge.
Police closed the A366 between the town's centre and Wingfield Road on Sunday evening to attend to the scene of an accident.
At around 7pm, officers responded to reports of a single-vehicle crash after a motorcycle came off the road.
A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: “The rider, a man in his 60s, suffered serious injuries which are not thought to be life-threatening. He remains in hospital for treatment.
“The road was briefly closed and has since reopened.”
