A man accused of sex-related crimes said “bye-bye” and waved to the gallery as he was led to custody.
Matthew Gore, 46, of Littlejohn Avenue, Melksham, was in Swindon Magistrates Court on Wednesday, May 22.
He is accused of breaking the rules set after his previous sex crimes. He did not enter a plea.
It is alleged he has three breaches of a sexual harm prevention order, on April 18 and May 21 2024 and August 5, 2021 and one failure to comply with his sex offenders register requirements on June 10, 2022.
He rocked from side to side in the dock, and did not sit down because he said he suffered from back problems.
He wore grey tracksuit bottoms and sweatshirt.
He is to appear at Salisbury Crown Court on Wednesday, June 19.
He was not granted bail.
