People in Wiltshire were stunned to see pictures of a canal boat sinking in the Kennet and Avon Canal.
The narrowboat was first spotted on Tuesday, May 14 sinking halfway between Bradford-on-Avon and Trowbridge - partially blocking the waterway near Woodbrook Wood.
A passer-by said they saw a group trying to float it without success.
There is no name on it, so it is a mystery who it belongs to and if they are aware their boat is sinking.

One person uploaded some pictures onto the Spotted in Bradford on Avon Facebook page with the caption "does anyone know whose boat this is? and do they know it’s sunk?".
Someone else in the group commented "how does a barge sink?".
Meanwhile others explained that if there is a lot of water that cannot be pumped out, such as if it has been raining heavily, or if there is an issue with the pump, it is likely the boat will sink.
