Wiltshire Police are appealing for help after a cow was stolen overnight from a farm near Warminster.
The cow, described as an 18-month-old South Devon heifer, is a solid chestnut colour and was living on a farm in East Knoyle.
According to police, the theft occurred at some point between October 17 and October 20, and the cow was taken from its field overnight.
Despite the theft taking place in October, Wiltshire Police were only recently informed about the missing cow.
Now officers are desperately appealing to the public for help.
“If you have any information, please contact us on our website or via 101 quoting reference 54230121328,” said a spokesperson for Wiltshire Police.
