A man charged with murder appeared in a Wiltshire court this afternoon.
Maurice Jones, of Gainsborough Close, Bemerton Heath, was brought into the dock at Salisbury Magistrates' Court while in custody today (August 24).
The 25-year-old, who wore a grey sweatshirt, is accused of murdering Tsvetomir Genov after police were called to a stabbing in Gainsborough Close on Tuesday, August 22.
Since murder is an indictable-only offence, the case must be heard by a judge in the crown court.
Jones will appear in Winchester Crown Court at 10am on Tuesday, August 29.
He remains in custody and the case continues.
