Retirees in a Wiltshire town are beginning to reserve apartments at McCarthy Stone’s new development.
Crescent Place, just off Portway in Warminster, has been designed for retirees aged 60 and over.
It is one of the first in the UK to be built using the developer’s Modern Methods of Construction (MMC).
The first apartments have just been released for off-plan sales and they are selling fast, according to the developer.
Once complete, Crescent Place will comprise of 43 one and two-bedroom apartments, with the new show suite set to open in July 2023, with the first occupants expected in September 2023.
Nicki Beswarick, divisional marketing manager at McCarthy Stone Southern, said: “We are thrilled to be launching the sales for Crescent Place, which is just off Portway in Warminster.
“As the cost of living continues to rise, we want to help local retirees as much possible.
"By reserving an apartment at Crescent Place, future homeowners can make significant savings with our value for money incentive.
“We’ve seen significant interest in the development, so we’d encourage all those who are interested to get in touch without delay to avoid disappointment.”
