A Wiltshire man will appear in court after being charged over a school bus crash that left several children injured.
Christopher Giles, from Trowbridge, is one of four men charged with an offence in connection to the incident, under the Road Traffic Act 1988.
A coach had been carrying staff and students from Frome College when it left the road, ending up on its roof, at around 3.35pm.
Avon and Somerset Police confirmed several people were injured, including schoolchildren, and some were taken to hospital by ambulance.
Giles, 33, has been charged with a Section 40A offence concerning the alleged use of a motor vehicle in a condition likely to cause injury.
Somebody may be found guilty of a Section 40A offence if they use or cause another to use a motor vehicle on a road when the condition of the vehicle, or its accessories or equipment, involves danger of injury to any person.
Justin Spiller, 39, Kristian Spiller, 38, and Alan Spiller, 66, who all reside in Peasedown St John, have been charged with the same offence.
The four men will appear at Bath Magistrates' Court on Friday, June 9.
