Longleat safari park, Warminster
Kids will have a wild time at Longleat with plenty of attractions ranging from the drive-through safari featuring all kids of African animals from zebras and lions to cheeky monkeys, to the maze, railway, boat trips and grounds and gardens. Science Museum, Wroughton
This fascinating museum holds collections about scientific, medical and technological changes and has some huge exhibits, such as aircraft and cars, which kids of all ages will love.

Studley Grange Butterfly World, Wroughton
Kids can see up to 30 species of butterfly - with hundreds flying around at any one time in the 600sqm hot house. Enter the mini-beast room where you will come face to face with a tarantula, scorpion and many other exotic insects. Bowood, Calne
