A Wiltshire man is to appear at a court in Basingstoke charged with a drug-driving offence allegedly committed 15 months ago.
Paul Long, 57, of Eastbourne Road, was allegedly stopped by police on the A350 at Beanacre, Melksham, on October 10 2020.
He is charged with having a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol, in his blood in excess of the specified limit. Mr Long has not yet indicated a plea to the offence.
He appeared at Swindon Magistrates Court on Tuesday and was remanded on unconditional bail to North Hampshire Magistrates' Court sitting at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on February 24.
