A small business in Wiltshire is throwing its doors open to prospective employees and inviting them to see exactly what it’s like to work within a communications agency.

Naturally Social, based in Corsham, is holding a recruitment open day on Wednesday, November 17 for people interested in working in the social media, public relations and communications fields.

This modernised approach to recruitment will give those signed up the chance to visit the office, learn about the company, meet the team and get an idea of what it’s like to work there.

Founder and director Natalie Sherman, said: “Potential candidates want to get to know companies before they apply for positions, and with the current recruitment climate, I thought ‘why not invite them in!’ It’s a new way of recruiting and I’m excited about it.”

The company is looking to expand its team of creatives and wanted an original way to attract candidates interested in, or already working in, this area of expertise.
