NEW talent is being sought by the Warminster Philharmonic Orchestra which is staging its first rehearsal for many months next week after being unable to meet up during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The orchestra has now completed all the necessary and relevant risk assessments and is delighted to be able to return to rehearsals on Tuesday, September 7 at The Minster Church of St Denys, from 7.30pm to 9.30pm.
Founder and conductor Amanda Williams said: "New faces are very, very welcome. We shall be working towards our charity Christmas concert on December 18 in aid of Wiltshire Air Ambulance.
"Why not come and join our friendly group as the orchestra celebrates its 17th year, 30th concert and over £30,000 donated to local charities?"
Call Amanda on 01985 216376 or visit www.warminsterorchestra.org.uk, or find them on Facebook. No auditions, all orchestral instruments welcome.
