A £2.65m motor park in Trowbridge could be open early this year.
Trowbridge Motor Park in Canal Road will be a new base for the Suzuki and Citroen dealership Islington Motor Group, which is due to move from its current site in Bradford Road.
A 25 new-car showroom, business lounges with wireless internet access, up to 100 spaces for used cars, an after-sales MOT and service area, while-you-wait exhaust and tyre bays and a daily car and van rental service will all feature at the motor park, which could open in spring.
Building work started last spring after the site was acquired from Airsprung by Melksham firm Doric Developments.
Trowbridge commercial property agents Dreweatt Neate have been appointed to sell or let four business blocks on the site comprising 12 trade counter commercial-type units in all and known as the Doric Business Centre.
Units one and two are under offer to a national trade counter operator in block A with 3,455 sq ft of space available in unit three.
Block B has three units, each approximately 2,500 sq ft, block C has four units at around 1,600 sq ft and block D has two units of approximately 3,300 sq ft each.
