CHIPPENHAM Town Council is asking for your views on whether or not dogs should be on leads throughout John Coles Park.
The consultation – online and in print – into rules for dogs in the park is now live for town residents to fill in and have their say.
Paper copies of the questionnaire can be picked up from the town hall or the refreshment kiosk in the park.
A spokesman for the town council said: “We will also be conducting face-to-face surveys in John Coles Park on three randomly selected days at three different times.”
The consultation will come to a close on Sunday, August 1, 2021.

In September last year, a controversial decision was taken to force dog owners to keep their pets leashed at all times.
What followed was a significant outcry from the public which forced a u-turn from the town council in November.
At the first meeting of the amenities, cultural and leisure committee in 2021 it was agreed that an in-person and online consultation into the decision should run.
