CENTER Parcs has today announced it will re-open its Subtropical Swimming Paradise at Longleat Forest to guests from Monday July 27.
In line with updated government guidance, the Subtropical Swimming Paradise will re-open with new safety measures in place designed to track guest visits, manage occupancy and keep guests and staff safe.
Chief executive officer Martin Dalby said: ‘We are absolutely thrilled to be able to re-open our Subtropical Swimming Paradise; we know it is such a key part of the Center Parcs experience for our guests.
“We’ve been working hard to make the Subtropical Swimming Paradise as safe as possible for everyone and we have a great plan in place, so getting the green light to re-open feels fantastic.”
For guests staying on a Center Parcs break, the company will be making treatments available in its Aqua Sana Spa from Monday.
“Following the updated government guidelines, we will now be able to offer even more of our indoor activities, so no matter what the weather, our guests will be able to choose from an unrivalled range of indoor and outdoor activities.”
The changes include:
• Access to the Subtropical Swimming Paradise will need to be booked online in advance
• In order to keep everyone safe, Center Parcs will limit the number of guests allowed in the pool at any one time and on the frequency of visits during a break
• Temperature checks will be conducted before entering the Subtropical Swimming Paradise
• There will be a nominal 10p charge per person, donated to charity partners Together for Short Lives/Barretstown.
