Latona Leisure, which owns the Leigh Park Country House Hotel and Vineyard between Bradford-on-Avon and Bath, is celebrating a record year.
Nick Gray, managing director, said: "With a turnover of £8M we are now one of the most popular hotel groups specialising in large country house and sea view hotels across Wiltshire and Somerset.
"We have received some of our best ever AA inspections and we enjoy some of the best staff loyalty in the industry."
Asked to comment on the reasons behind his group's growing success, Mr Gray says the answer is with his staff.
"The hospitality industry is all about service. A warm greeting on arrival and a friendly, helpful attitude can make all the difference for a wonderful experience for guests.
"We now employ 350 staff and although we have some beautiful properties in our portfolio it is our wonderful staff who are the most important asset of this business," said Mr Gray.
Hotels in the Latona Leisure Group include Limpley Stoke Hotel at Limpley Stoke near Bath, Leigh Park Country House Hotel and Vineyard, Webbington Hotel and Country Club at Loxton near Bristol and Walton Park at Clevedon, also near Bristol.
