A WESTBURY teenager is to represent Wiltshire at an International Junior Miss UK pageant which is coming to Trowbridge Civic Centre for the first time.
Fourteen-year-old Annie Bell, from Primmers Place, will compete as Miss Wiltshire in the teen section of the pageant to encourage the positive achievements of young women aged four to 24.
The six national titleholders - one from each age category - will be crowned at the Trowbridge Civic Centre on February 16.
They will win the trip of a lifetime to compete internationally in Texas at International Junior Miss from June 29 to July 12.
Mum, Alison Bell, said: “Annie is very excited to be entering this pageant as it is part of an international company that puts help in the community and charity work first.
“Also, she gets the chance to represent Wiltshire again and what makes it special is that it is being held in Trowbridge. Dressing up in beautiful clothes and making new friends is the icing on the cake.”
Annie is being sponsored by Meadow Lane gym Dynamik-Bodyz and her evening dress by ‘not just brides’ in Fore Street, Westbury.
