Longleat officially welcomed its millionth visitor this week who were greeted by the Viscount and Viscountess.
The 2019 milestone was achieved with the arrival of Dave and Katrina Jackson and their sons Bodhie, 5, and Lachlan, 3, from Watchet in Somerset to the visitor attraction.
To mark the occasion, they were presented with Annual Passes along with a selection of Longleat memorabilia and met Viscount and Viscountess Weymouth.
Ceawlin, Viscount Weymouth said: “We were delighted to welcome Dave and Katrina and their family as our millionth visitors this year, especially as Katrina was visiting to celebrate her birthday.
“Over the centuries Longleat has played host to everyone from Queen Elizabeth I to the Rolling Stones.
“We have rounded the year off with the spectacular Festival of Light, which again attracted record crowds and we’re already hard at work planning even bigger surprises for 2020."
