MEMBERS of Holt Morris Men and Belles Angels found an excellent way of losing excess pounds on Boxing Day by staging dances at several locations around the village.
The side danced at top of the Parks, outside the village shop Holt Super Store, the village green and Tollgate Inn.
Spokesman Jon Nibbs said: "Luckily the weather has been kind to us, we managed to dodge most of the showers.
"It's a tradition with Holt Morris and our ladies side Belles Angels on Boxing day to brave whatever the weather and dance in sets around the village."
The Holt Morris men started their dance careers decades ago after assembling for a one-off gig at Holt Primary School.
The venture proved such a success they now dance at fetes, shows and festivals all over Wiltshire and beyond.
The side now has nearly 20 members and is one of the strongest Morris Men groups in the country.
Mr Nibbs added: "This coming year is an important year for us as we are entering our 30th anniversary year.”
