Food is stolen
TWO boxes containing food deliveries were stolen from the doorstep of a house in Holt on Wednesday.
Man threatens
A MAN was seen threatening the victim that he would steal her dog if she didn’t hand over her shoes in Poulton, Bradford on Avon, on Thursday evening.
Garden disturbed
THE back windscreen wiper of a car parked in The Slipway, Staverton, was pulled up on Thursdayafternoon. The victim’s trellis and plant pots were also moved slightly.
Cars are keyed
A CAR which was parked in Thestfield Drive, Staverton, was scratched on the passenger side from wing mirror and down both doors sometime between Tuesday at 7pm and Wednesday at 7am. Another car parked in Warren Road, Staverton, was also scratched whilst it was parked on the road overnight on Thursday.
Driver is charged
A MAN in his 30’s was arrested following a car accident at the Long Arms, Westbury Road, Yarnbrook. Jaun Peraz from Frome Road, Trowbridge was charged with drink driving and possession of class B drugs. He is due to appear at Salisbury Magistrates Court on January 10 2020.
Man sent to court
A DRIVER who was pulled over by officers on the A361 in Trowbridge on December 14 at 1am has been charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis. Samuel Akerman, 26 of Hutton Close, Hilperton. He will appear in Salisbury Magistrates Court on January 10 2020.
Water leak
A FIRE crew from Westbury attended a property in Warminster Road, Westbury, with water leaking from an empty flat above at 1.23pm last Thursday December 19. They used small gear and an extension ladder.
Mirror smashed
BETWEEN 6pm and 9pm on December 17 a vandal smashed and broke off the wing mirror of a van parked in Sarum Avenue, Melksham.
