Police seized cider and lager from youths who were caught with it on Friday night.
The alcohol was seized by officers after they discovered the suspected underage drinkers in the Market Place, Malmesbury.
A spokesman for Malmesbury Police said: "After they were unable to confirm their age with any relevant ID, officers established that they were underage and removed the alcohol. This has now been disposed of.
"Can we also remind residents young and old that there is a public space protection order in the Cloisters, which means anyone one of any age are prohibited from having ANY alcohol in this area and it can and will be removed by PCSOs/officers should they witness this."
