PUPILS at Corsham Primary School dressed up in festive costumes for their Christmas nativity show.
The Year 1 and 2 classes on the Pound Pill site performed their play Everyone Loves a Baby to parents and the rest of the school.
The reception class' show was called Away In a Manger and was shown to parents as well as local nurseries. This take on the classic nativity was traditional but with added twists of exotic animals.
Jess Love, a reception teacher, said: "All of the children were brilliant. They all shone in their own way and it was fun to watch.
"We didn't give the children individual roles. We never have. It was more of a collaborative effort as they sang all the songs together and said all of the lines together,
"It helps them to not get discouraged if they all work on it together."
