Waiblingen Flat Fire Devizes
Police have released a 20-year-old man arrested on suspicion of the murder of Devizes woman Ulla Derrick but he is banned from Waiblingen Way.
Ulla, 51, died following a blaze at a block of flats in Waiblingen Way on Tuesday, December 17.
The 20-year-old man, who is from Devizes, was arrested later that evening and taken to Melksham custody for questioning.
He has now been released on bail which states he must not enter Waiblingen Way.
A police spokesman said: "The mobile police point will remain in the area over the weekend for any residents who wish to speak to an officer about their concerns, or to report any further information.
"Enquiries in relation to the incident continue."
