Bike stolen
A specialised Pitch Sport Mountain bike with red handles and stem was stolen from outside Trowbridge Railway Station at 2.30pm on Saturday. The bike had been left locked to a fence.
Equipment nicked
ORANGE and white Stihl 201 TC chainsaws and Hi-Line climbing kits, including overalls, climbing attachments, harnesses and karabiners, were stolen from a 4x4 vehicle parked at the entrance to Green Lane Woods, Trowbridge, on December 10. Entry was gained by breaking locks on the vehicle canopy.
Court appearance
JOANNA Sheppard, 50, of Avon Weir Lane, Chippenham, is due to appear before Salisbury Magistrates Court on January 10 to face a drink-driving charge. She was stopped from driving by police on Heather Shaw, Trowbridge, on December 11.
Two offences
JAUN Peraz, 30, of Frome Road, Trowbridge, was arrested following a collision at the Long Arms, Westbury Road, Yarnbrook, at 11.07pm on Friday. He has been charged with a drink-driving offence and possession of class B drugs and is due to appear at Salisbury Magistrates Court on January 10.
Breath test charge
SAMUEL Akerman, 26, of Hutton Close, Hilperton, has been charged with failing to provide a drink-drive breath specimen for analysis. He is due to appear at Salisbury Magistrates Court on January 10. He was stopped at 00.59 am on Saturday on the A361 in Trowbridge.
Bikes stolen
THREE men stole three bicycles from a garage in Duffield Lane, Bradford on Avon, on Saturday but left other items. A police investigation is ongoing.
Men arrested
TWO men have been arrested for possession with intent to supply class B drugs in Winsley Road, Bradford on Avon, at 9.26pm on Friday. A police investigation is ongoing and the suspects have been released under investigation.
