Mums launch appeal to refurbish and resource Bratton Village Pavilion
PROJECTS in and around Westbury have received grants totalling £8,723 from Wiltshire Council's area board.
Edington Parish Council received £2,122.96, while Bratton Parish Council was given £2,100 for both to buy speed indicator devices.
Edington Parish Hall asked for £500 to invest in new ceiling lighting sockets for the community hall.
Emma Osmond, of Cygnets pre-school, was awarded £4,000 for a new pre-school at the Bratton Pavilion.
An application by The Independent Living Centre at Semington for £3,000 was deferred to the next area board meeting.
