MEMBERS of the Bellefield Primary School choir in Trowbridge sang for residents and visitors at McCarthy and Stone Christmas event.
The children performed renditions of Christmas carols and festive favourites at the Applegate House retirement living development in Seymour Road to help them get into the Christmas spirit.
Those who came along to the free event were treated to mince pies and a warming glass or two of mulled wine.
Geoff Bates, head of marketing at McCarthy and Stone South, said: “Everyone who came along to our Christmas event had a wonderful time.
"It was a great opportunity for locals to see for themselves what a close-knit and supportive community we have here at Applegate House, whilst getting into the festive spirit.
“I’d like to thank the Bellefield Primary School pupils for their brilliant performance and helping to get our festive season off to a fantastic start.”
The event was part of McCarthy and Stone’s series of Christmas events, which are happening at selected developments across the UK throughout December.
Attendees also had the opportunity to take a tour of Applegate House, meet with residents, and find out more about the lifestyle that McCarthy and Stone offers.
The company's retirement living apartments are exclusively designed for people aged 60 and over.
