TWO classic vehicles and a fence were damaged in a fire in Trowbridge early this morning.
Smoke was visible across the town after a camper van caught fire in the early hours.
Two fire crews from the Trowbridge station were sent to Summer Down Walk at around 5.19am following reports of the blaze.
A spokesman for Dorset and Wiltshire Fire & Rescue Service said: “Two crews from Trowbridge attended a camper van fire this morning.
“The adjacent fencing was also on fire.”
Pictures taken by Twitter user @Sebianoti show the fencing well alight, with a large cloud of smoke billowing into the sky.
Two classic vehicles appear to have been damaged in the fire, alongside the fencing which has completely destroyed.
They appear to be an old camper van and a mini.
The fire service said: “It was extinguished using two breathing apparatus and two hose reel jets.”
