The funeral of former broadcaster Jonathan Hewat will take place at West Wiltshire Crematorium on Friday, October 3.
Mr Hewat, of Bradford on Avon, was found dead on September 5 following a fall at his home in Wine Street.
An inquest into his death was opened on September 11 and has been adjourned until a later date.
His funeral will be at 12.15pm. Family flowers only, but donations can be made to the LAM Foundation.
