Wiltshire Council has launched a three-month project, encouraging people to improve life for themselves and others.
Wiltshire’s Big Pledge, unveiled yesterday, sees participants promising to carry out tasks over the next three months.
The projects aim to improve their health and wellbeing, or that of their loved ones.
Those taking part in events, including fundraising and fitness activities, are being asked to put their pledge on the tree which has been put up at County Hall.
Wiltshire Council’s Keith Humphries, the cabinet member for public health, said: “Wiltshire’s Big Pledge is an opportunity for anyone looking to make a positive change.
“This is a great project and I hope people will encourage and support each other and have fun while doing it.”
