X Factor star Rebecca Ferguson has been unveiled today as the final headline act announced for the series of summer Forest Live concerts at Westonbirt, near Tetbury.
Rebecca Ferguson is often regarded as the most naturally talented singer to emerge from The X Factor TV series, and her million-selling debut album Heaven launched her in a blaze of critical acclaim in 2011.
The album went on to become double platinum in the UK and generated hit singles Nothing’s Real But Love and Teach Me How To Be Loved.
As with Heaven, Rebecca co-wrote her new album, Freedom, working mainly with new collaborators including Jarrad Rogers, with whom she wrote five tracks.
She will perform, with special guests, at Westonbirt on Sunday, June 22. The other acts playing this summer are Little Mix, Suede, Boyzone, Deacon Blue and Katherine Jenkins.
