A bronze statue to mark the role of ANZAC soldiers’ service during the First World War is being considered for Warminster as part of the war commemorations.
The town council is considering the proposal which would remember the soldiers’ long stay in Warminster.
People are wanted by the council to help uncover a lost dog grave at Copheap – made after an Army Service Corps soldier at Warminster accidentally shot a dog in 1917.
