Why is litter on our streets not banned? I recently walked down County Way from the top to the botton; all I could see was rubbish in the shrubs. There was even a settee dumped near the bottom.

I know our councils work hard to help keep things clean, but the community must take a stand against all those that ruin our countryside and towns for the rest of us.
