Runners the event to be divided between charities Whizz Kidz and Dorothy House.
The event, organised by the Rotary Club of Westbury and Avon Valley Runners, was a 33-mile trail run from Leighton Recreation Centre, Westbury, to the north west of the Imber Ranges and back.
There were 81 starters and all finished, with Team Bath runner Matthew Maynard winning the race in under four hours, narrowly beating fellow Team Bath competitor Guy Landon.
Another Team Bath entrant, Lizzie Wraith, was the winner of the ladies race, more than 20 minutes ahead of second-placed Holly Winser.
Sue Ezra, of the Rotary Club, said: “It was a cracking day. It was fantastic that all the runners who started managed to finish.”
