Westbury’s Wiltshire Air Ambulance Supporters’ Shop celebrated its 16th anniversary on Saturday as shoppers joined staff for a coffee morning.
The shop in Maristow Street was run by the air ambulance’s biggest fundraiser Dot Whitehead for 15 years before she died on New Year’s Eve in 2012.
Her granddaughter Carrie Aldous was asked to run it by Wiltshire Air Ambulance last year.
The celebrations lasted all day, with regular and new customers visiting the shop for coffee and cake and raising £75 for the charity through donations.
Mrs Aldous, who lives in Chichester Park, Westbury, said: “We had lots of customers support the event including a couple who came all the way from Yate.”
