Clare Winnett, senior associate at national property consultancy Carter Jonas in Bath, has been appointed to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ Presid-ent’s Panel of Dispute Resolvers, making her the youngest arbitrator appointed.
Clare, pictured, who has worked for the firm for eight years, passed her arbitration assessments and her experience in acting as an expert witness and independent arbitrator led to her being appointed to the RICS panel.
She specialises in valuation and professional work with inspections of all property types, predominantly commercial and development, and provision of reports for a wide variety of purposes to a diverse client base.
Philip Marshall, head of the Carter Jonas Bath office said: “Clare thoroughly deserves her qualification and role on the panel.”
