S50 entry of Royal Navy Artificers are trying to contact Colin Vincent Palmer, who joined the Royal Navy at HMS Fisgard, Torpoint, on January 6, 1964, from Royal Hospital School, Holbrook, to invite him to their 50th anniversary reunion.
