Tackling domestic abuse, raising aspirations for youngsters and improving recycling were just some of the issues raised by Westbury residents at a meeting in The Laverton last Wednesday.
The What Matters to You event was organised by the Westbury Area Board and the community area partnership and gave people the chance to hear all the latest statistics about the town.
Everyone got the opportunity to have their say and come up with ideas and projects that might help improve Westbury, with the results due to be compiled into a report for the next area board meeting on April 10 at The Laverton.
The Joint Strategic Assessment for Westbury, featuring everything from population stats through to health and wellbeing figures, can be seen at www.wiltshirejsa.org.uk/issue-location/westbury
