Plans for Melksham’s new Community Campus are expected to be submitted next month, after a two-week public consultation.
The designs for the complex, which will include a new leisure centre, library and swimming pool at Melksham House, were displayed at a series of roadshows across the town last week, and are now awaiting approval by the Area Board.
Richard Pearce, Wiltshire Council’s project manager for the campus, said: “We have typed up all of the comments that we received, and are currently going through them to have a look and filter out the questions.
“We are hoping to submit the plans before Christmas.”
The Area Board will sign off on the plans at its meeting at the Assembly Hall on Wednesday.
