Police and fire crews attended a two vehicle collision on the A350 Westbury Co-op roundabout at 3pm today, with one woman taken to hospital with suspected whiplash.
The collision, which involved a blue Vauxhall Agila and a DAF truck, was attended by one fire crew from Westbury and two from Trowbridge.
Fire fighters had to cut the woman driver of the Vauxhall out of the car, after she became medically trapped, with suspected whiplash. Paramedics also treated her for shock.
She was taken to Salisbury District Hospital as a precaution, while police put a diversion in place at Trowbridge Road, taking vehicles along Bratton Road.
