A woman charged with an alleged sex offence against a young girl has been released on bail.
Jodie Nash is accused of a single count of gross indecency with a female under the age of 14 between early 1999 and 2003.
No charge was put to the 30-year-old, of Alcock Crest, Warminster, and she did not enter a plea during a brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court on Friday.
The case was adjourned to Friday, January 10 when her case will be linked to that of her husband, Mark.
The 39-year-old, of Awdry Avenue, Melksham, faces three counts of rape, one attempted rape, 12 of gross indecency with a child and 12 indecent assault, and was released on bail by the court earlier in the month.
The allegations relate to two young girls and are said to have taken place between early 1999 and spring 2006.
No charges have been formally put to him and he has also not entered any pleas to the allegations.
Both defendants have been released on bail on condition they do not contact witnesses in the case.
