There was a real buzz at a Trowbridge pre-school on Tuesday when children and staff tried to break a world record.
Those who attended Busy Bees Nursery, in Hackett Place, Paxcroft Mead, donned costumes in an attempt to smash the record for the most people dressing up as bees.
All of Busy Bees’ 214 centres took part in the event to mark the company’s 30th birthday.
Fiona Penfold, Trowbridge nursery manager, said: “It is a bit of quirky fun to mark our birthday.”
Each Busy Bees centre will submit their pictures to Guinness World Records.
Confirmation of whether they have managed to set a new record is expected in a few weeks.
