The first Nando’s in Wiltshire is bringing some spice to Trowbridge since opening on Wednesday. The restaurant, famous for its peri peri chicken, in the new St Stephen’s Place development has created 30 jobs.
Manager Vix Webb said: “I have an amazing team who have worked really hard. They are all new to Nando’s. “We are really excited about pulling in people from Trowbridge and the surrounding towns. The central location and free parking are really beneficial, as is the Odeon.”
Some firms and individuals helped in a ‘dry run’, getting a free drink and meal. Extra money spent on the night raised £495 for Dorothy House Hospice Care.
