I would like to take this opportunity to offer my sincere thanks to the thousands of people who participated in this year’s Trowbridge Arts Festival, whether as participants or as organisers of events.
It has truly been a magnificent fortnight for our county town, one that has once again seen high profile artists mingling with an incredible array of local talent.
We were even blessed with the addition of a superb new cinema as an event venue.
The vast number of people engaging in events, and the wealth of smiley faces, was testament to how the arts plays a fundamental role in building strong and healthy communities.
Planning is already under way for TAF 2014. Our aim, once again, is to provide an even bigger and better experience – an experience that cements Trowbridge’s status as The County Town of Wiltshire – an Arts Town.
Andrew Bryant, Director of Trowbridge Arts Festival.
