The Old Town Hall in Westbury will be going under the hammer at Frome Market on December 3.
The historic Grade Two listed building in Market Place is for sale with a price guide of between £180,000-£200,000.
The building has previously been used as an estate agency, restaurant and retail shops, but was most recently occupied by the Middleton and Upsall firm of solicitors.
David Bell, of Cooper and Tanner, said: “Our Collective Property Auctions through the year have performed extremely well, and have created a huge amount of interest from far and wide.
“Buying at auction is becoming increasingly popular, due to the wide variety of properties on offer and the certainty auction brings.”
The auction also includes a large ground floor shop and three-bedroom first floor flat on Warminster Road, which is being offered at a guide price of between £100,000-£110,000.
Mr Bell added: “Both offer great opportunities for the buyer, and are believed to be extremely well priced.”
