Tattooist David Dzine is looking for volunteers willing to be inked for a good cause later this month, as he hosts the first charity tattathon.
Mr Dzine, owner of Ink’d, oin Bank Street, Melksham, is hosting the event to raise money for children’s cancer charity Clic Sargent.
He said: “It’s a charity which is close to my heart; one of our close friends ten years ago lost his daughter to cancer, and Clic helped them with everything.
“It’s a 10-hour tattathon. We’ll have a choice of three designs and £30 per tattoo, which all goes straight to the charity.
“Around 30 people I know have said they are going to come down and get it done. It is a bit of a commitment, but a lot of people already seem really keen.
“Our regular artist Matt McFarlane will be doing the tattoos, but we might have to draft in a second tattooist to help out.”
The tattathon takes place on November 30. For more information call 01225 706838.
