A group that supports retired people has made a quilt to mark the annual Textile and Weaving Festival at Trowbridge Museum.
Members made the piece, which has 64 segments and represents all the groups the West Wilts U3A runs.
The society, with about 600 members, displayed the quilt in the window of HJ Knee Department Store, in Fore Street, for two weeks.
Project co-ordinator June Enderby said: “Lots of people have been involved in this project and we are very proud of it.”
The quilt is being displayed at a West Wilts U3A event at St James’ Church Hall, from 10am to 4pm tomorrow. Visitors can also learn about the U3A’s work.
